Our family home where there is plenty of room to relax inside or out in the garden, walk or fish on our piece of the Blackadder.

The Tweed, the world's best salmon river, is only 8 or so miles away. There are many golf courses in the area, including the Roxburgh.

Guests are welcome to sit in or stroll round the garden and grounds.    There is trout fishing available too.

We also have sheep and chickens to provide our own meat and eggs, as well as a poly tunnel for early vegetables.

Accommodation for horses. There is wonderful riding to be had in the area and stabling is available if you wish to bring your horse. We do not provide riding for guests, unfortunately, as we have two competition horses only.

Those coming to stay should have up to date flu injections.
